Damithia
Recently one of our customers took the time to recognize Damithia out of our Renton Showroom. Her attention to detail and polite demeanor inspired this client to write a complimentary letter to United Tile. Here is what he wrote,
“I am writing to advise you of the wonderful and professional assistance that Damithia Nieves gave to me today. Currently, we are having a custom home built in the area and my contractor called me today advising that I needed to pick out my backsplash tiles for my kitchen. I rushed down to United Tile without an appointment and Damithia was in the showroom, greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. She was very patient and kind and offered great design ideas. She knew exactly what was in stock and where they were in the showroom. She presented several different design and color ideas to me. I was very impressed with her professionalism and patience throughout this process.
Because I was on a short time table from work, as well as leaving the next day to go out-of-town for one week she agreed to give all the tile and design information to our tiling contractor. She offered to take a photograph of the display she created and email it to them as well.
United Tile is lucky to have such a great employee as Damithia. You can tell she is very knowledgeable of the product lines you carry, as well knowing the different types of stone, marble, tile, etc. If any one of my colleagues, family or friends need assistance with tiling matters, I will definitely send them your way and ask for Damithia.”
